Growth Planning™ is new to the market, developed to help advisors successfully start a conversation about planning for the growth of the value of their client’s largest asset --their privately owned business. Growth Planning™ is a service delivered by Personal Advisors, Financial Planners, Management Consultants, Business Advisors and Fractional CFOs, available to you exclusively from the International Growth and Exit Planning Association.
Data shows that 59% of business owners want to grow their business. Furthermore, over 60% of business owners cannot generate enough capital from the sale of their company to fund their personal wealth goals. Yet the average business owner does not have a plan to grow or monetize their largest asset, their privately held business. These clients and prospects need services to help them grow strong, valuable companies.
Participants in the Growth Planning Course will learn how to engage business owning clients in a conversation about growing the equity value of their privately held business. You will learn how to analyze your client's growth and equity planning goals using the Growth Quadrant Chart™, then how to prioritize the Growth and Equity Value Drivers™ in line with your client's goals. You will also learn about creating the Growth Plan™ deliverable, and building an execution team to convert the Growth Plan™ into reality.

Growth Planning is a Five (5) Step Process. Students will learn how to use this process with clients and create the Growth Plan, the engagement deliverable.

2. Verifying Goals and Identifying the Type of Growth Owner
3. Prioritizing Growth and Equity Value Drivers™ Using the Growth Quadrant Chart™
4. Completing and Delivering the Growth Plan™
5. Building the Execution Team
Includes course, materials, 1 year membership in the IGEPA, and 60 day use of the Growth Planning Index™ Analysis Tool.
This course is offered by the International Growth and Exit Planning Association. The IGEPA is dedicated to helping professional advisors assist business owners with all of their growth and exit planning needs. Through the proprietary tools, training, educational events and international network of consultants, the IGEPA provides a full set of complements to your current practice to take your advice and delivery to business owners to the next level.
For more than a dozen years, the IGEPA (and sister company Pinnacle Equity Solutions, Inc.) has trained thousands of professional advisors on business owner engagement in exit planning. With the sudden change in the business landscape caused by a global pandemic the IGEPA focused on bringing this curriculum to market, ahead of our original schedule. Now we are in a position to offer this special class to you.
The Growth Planning course includes the first year of membership in the IGEPA, a $395.00 value. The IGEPA membership also includes a listing on our proprietary Referral and Collaboration Portal where you can find, and be found by other advisors who are in need of your expertise - the Referral and Collaboration Portal is covered in Module 11 of our Growth Planning course.
The pricing for the Growth Planning course is $1,250.00. This includes the course, an IGEPA membership for one year, and two months of complimentary use of the GPI survey tool ($500 per year to continue use of the tools beyond the initial two (2) months - our goal is to have you use the tool to engage with owners right away).
